Insert Drain/Sewer Point
Inserts a new pit or Lamphole point into the longsection. Note that this will also insert a new
point into the job, and will insert that point into the corresponding String for this longsection.
The Easting and Northing values for the new point will be interpolated using the horizontal
geometry of the string.
Point
This is the point number which will be created and inserted into the longsection and the string.
Chainage
Enter the chainage of the point on the longsection
Type
Select the type of pit - Manhole, Lamphole, pipe-crossing or None.
Name
Enter the pit name, this will be displayed on the final plan
Diameter
This is the pit diameter in mm or metres. Any value > 100 is assumed to be in mm.
Inlet RL
The level of the bottom of the inlet pipe.
Outlet RL
The level of the bottom of the outlet pipe.
Inleft Hydraulic Grade Line Level
The level of the HGL at the inlet pipe
Outlet Hydraulic Grade Line Level
The level of the HGL at the outlet pipe.
Natural Surface Level
Enter the level of the natural surface.
Design Surface Level
The level of the design surface.
